Positive: One can have breakfast in the gardens or on a rooftop terrace of your room - either is marvellous

Negative: There was nothing that I did not like but am afraid to say some front office could be more coordinated. They are all super friendly and helpful but would not know that I already visited for the 3rd or 4th time.
